A pedestrian died and two others sustained personal injury including a toddler who was in critical condition after an out of control driver jumped the curb in Queens, NYC. The accident happened on Monday at the corner of Atlantic Ave and 108th Street. A 43 year old woman driving an SUV ran a red light and collided with another car. The impact send the SUV careening onto the sidewalk. The SUV hit two woman in their 50s and a two year old girl. One of the woman died of her injuries while the other one is still being treated for her injury at the hospital. The toddler is in critical but stable condition.
