Ben Rubinowitz and Peter Saghir obtained a $27.5 million settlement on behalf of four boys who had been sexually abused by a religion teacher hired by the Diocese of Brooklyn. Ben Rubinowitz was also listed in the National Law Journal’s Elite Trial Lawyers Top 50 Verdict List 2018 for obtaining a $71 million verdict in Wang v. Sexton in New York Supreme Court, New York County. Our partners Howard Hershenhorn and Diana Carnemolla also obtained a record setting $85 million verdict for a NYC pedestrian who suffered serious injury in a double decker bus accident.
