N.Y. Automobile Accidents-Summary Judgment

Although the granting of Summary Judgment motions in New York Automobile Accidents is rare our Partner Howard S. Hershenhorn, Partner Rhonda E. Kay on the brief, successfully argued the denial of Plaintiff’s Summary Judgment Motion in Kelly v. City of New York et al.
