The program focuses on questioning prospective jurors about issues that can significantly affect serious personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death trials, including:

Jury Selection as a Foundation for Trial
Effective jury selection involves much more than determining who will ultimately sit on the jury. Voir dire gives trial lawyers an opportunity to identify potential biases and understand how prospective jurors approach issues such as responsibility, monetary damages, pain and suffering and comparative fault.
