Marijo C. Adimey Returns as Faculty for the New York City Bar Association’s Medical Malpractice Conference
Gair, Gair, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf is proud to announce that Marijo C. Adimey has once again been selected to serve as a faculty member for the New York City Bar Association’s Medical Malpractice Conference, taking place on Monday, October 26, 2026.
A respected medical malpractice trial lawyer and frequent lecturer, Marijo has been invited back to share her experience with attorneys from across New York at one of the legal profession’s premier continuing legal education programs.
Marijo will participate in the session “Trial Practice – Presenting and Defending Damages”, from 3:40 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., alongside:

The conference brings together distinguished judges, accomplished trial lawyers, and industry leaders to discuss emerging issues and practical strategies in medical malpractice litigation. Topics include effective cross-examination, updates to Pattern Jury Instructions, appellate review, mediation, long-term care litigation, and trial strategies for presenting and defending damages.
Marijo’s return as faculty reflects her continued leadership in medical malpractice litigation and her commitment to advancing trial advocacy through education. Throughout her career, she has obtained numerous significant verdicts and settlements for injured patients and their families, including the largest medical malpractice verdict in Nassau County history.
